A 3 hours travel from the capital city of Negros Occidental, Bacolod City lies a beautiful white sand beach resort in a beautiful island of Sipaway,the whispering Palms Island Resort. The relaxing ambiance of the resort attract more tourist to visit this place, and hearing this from my friends i did try to visit this place together with my two friends.
Its a long travel from Bacolod City, approximately 3 hours on a bus trip, bus fare is ₱144.00 from Ceres Bacolod South terminal to San Carlos Terminal, from San Carlos Terminal we did ride a Pedicab or we called trisikad in a local term, going to Pantalan or Port its worth ₱8.00,and then we transfer to a pumpBoat going to the island, the pumpboat is worth  ₱15.00 upon arriving on the island we need to transfer to a motorcycle which they called Habal-habal going to the whispering Palms resort and its another  ₱25.00.
Arriving in Whispering Palms resort is all worth the effort, its a nice place,a good place to relax and having fun, entering the resort will cost you  ₱200.00 for Dayguest from 8am to 5pm,in this entrance fee include entrance fee for the whispering Palms resort,entrance to Sipaway Native Park,entrance to their Minizoo, free beach cottage,free picnic cottage,free grill facility,free sea cottage and include corkage fee all for only  ₱200.00,if you want to have a meal you can add  ₱150.00 to the entrance fee to have a free meal on their canteen. Overnight stay are available also,the rate ranges from  ₱1,200.00 to  ₱1,500.00 for 2 person.
This is the beautiful pool located outside the main entrance of the resort and you can take a dip here for  ₱50.00.

From the far end of the footwalk you can see how beautiful the resort are from afar.
And what makes more exciting reason to be here in this place is their watersport.Banana boat,snorkeling,kayaking is some of the watersport you can try in this resort that you will surely love,unfortunately me and my friends haven't try this watersports activity due to lack of time but we are still planning to enjoy this activity when we will get back to the resort.
The 3 hour travel is really worth it if you saw how heavenly the place is and its cheaper thinking that can enjoy the ammenities and the whole resort for only  ₱200.00.
