December 8, 2021 when Silaynon comes out in Silay Public Plaza as they witness the christmas opening of lights. Silaynon are very excited to attend in this opening of lights not only because of the fun watching the lights lighten up the street, its also the opening of Silay dancing fountain that adds up to the excitement of Silaynon. Bad weather didn't stop the people to visit the plaza. Lights On comes also with dancing presentation from different Barangay. 

Visit Silay City, The Paris of Negros and be captivated by Christmas decors all over the Plaza and City hall, and enjoy the nice view of Dancing fountain at night.
